Gareth Lilley is a qualified Facilities Manager with 17 years experience in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management, specifically for Macquarie Bank Limited and Goldman Sachs JBWere.

Gareth has project managed fitouts and refurbishments ranging in size from 20sqm to 10,000sqm with budgets in excess of $5m.

Gareth’s experience covers all components of the day to day management of demanding office environments; including planning and implementation of sustainability initiatives; evaluating security/access requirements; Business Continuity Planning; procurement and contract negotiations for preventative maintenance, just to name a few.

In addition Gareth’s knowledge and hands-on experience with management of office support areas such as Mail Room, Catering, Reception, Switchboard, Desktop Design and Print Rooms provides immeasurable insight into the importance of synergies, efficiencies, and procedures to maintain a well-run organisation.
